Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Launchit Health ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Not a Replacement for Medical Care

The Platform facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers and educational content. It does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911.

3. AI-Generated Content

Where AI features are available (including health summaries or lab interpretations), these are informational aids only. They are not diagnostic tools, do not constitute medical advice, and have not been reviewed by a licensed clinician for your specific situation. Always verify AI-generated content with your care provider.

4. Eligible Users

The Platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older residing in Canada. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at privacy@launchit.health if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, impersonate another person, submit false health information, or attempt to access another user's records. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Launchit Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
